3 Decisions to Make Before The CORE Summit in Phoenix

The CORE Summit is November 11–13 in Phoenix. The producers who get the most out of those days don’t wait until they walk into the room to start thinking. They know how to produce at a high level, and they come prepared to examine what it will take to go further.
Before you go, decide which three areas of your business deserve the most attention. You don’t need to arrive with the solutions. You need to know what you want to work through with the people in that room.
Identify Your Three Priorities
Start with your real numbers. Bring units, volume, conversion, cost per closing, and what your business actually netted this year. Be prepared to look past volume and examine what your business really earns. Then identify three areas where greater focus, a different approach, or a strategic decision could meaningfully improve your business.
For one producer, that might mean increasing profitability while continuing to grow. For another, it could mean strengthening leadership, expanding a referral network, or improving conversion without adding more overhead. The priorities will be different for everyone. What matters is making them specific enough to guide your conversations and decisions at the Summit.
Write them down. Those three priorities should help determine where you focus your attention, which conversations you pursue, and what you want to take home.
Bring Your Priorities Into the Conversation
The Summit is built around producers sharing what’s actually working in their businesses. The more you put into those conversations, the more you take home. Use the three priorities you’ve identified to guide those discussions. Ask other producers how they’ve approached similar challenges, what decisions made the greatest difference, and what they might do differently today.
Be willing to challenge your own assumptions. A strategy that helped you reach your current level of production may not be the one that takes you further. Hearing how other successful producers approach growth, profitability, leadership, and accountability can offer perspectives you might not encounter in your day-to-day business.
You don’t need to leave Phoenix with someone else’s business model. You want to leave with sharper thinking about your own.
Turn What You Learn Into Action
Before you leave for Phoenix, block time on your calendar for the week after you return. You don’t need to know exactly what you’ll implement yet, but you should make room to act on what you learn.
Throughout the Summit, keep coming back to the three priorities you identified. Which ideas could make a meaningful difference in your business? What changes are worth pursuing, and what will it take to put them into practice?
When you return, turn those insights into specific decisions and a plan for your first 30 days. Establish clear next steps, assign responsibility where needed, and determine how you’ll measure progress.
The ideas that never get scheduled are the ones that never happen.
Seats Are Limited
The CORE’s May Summit sold out in days, and attendance is capped to keep the working environment focused. The Summit is designed for producers doing $20 million to $100 million annually.
If that describes your business and you’re interested in attending, contact The CORE team to discuss qualifications and availability. You can also explore The CORE Summit for additional details.
