Not a seminar. A working room.
The CORE Summit is not built around theory-heavy panels or recycled talking points. It is a working room focused on what to do differently when you get back home. You will leave with specific decisions made, systems to install, and clearer priorities for your team.
- Built around execution, not entertainment
- Structured working time, not endless keynotes
- Clear deliverables you bring back to your business
- Led by people who actually run high-performing businesses
Who should be in the room
The Summit is designed for mortgage and real estate professionals who are already producing and want to scale with more structure and intention.
- Loan officers and branch leaders who want scalable teams
- Real estate professionals building businesses, not just personal production
- Leaders responsible for culture, accountability, and results
- Professionals who are ready to invest in a serious working environment
What we work on together
Every Summit is centered on practical systems and decisions that move your business forward in the next six to twelve months. The exact agenda changes with the market, but the focus stays the same: execution that holds in the real world.
- Systems for growth in the current market
- Team structure, accountability, and leadership
- Pipelines, relationships, and lead flow that last
- Decision-making frameworks for scale and profitability
Learn from practitioners, not commentators
Every speaker at The CORE Summit is an active mortgage lender or real estate professional still doing the work at a high level. They are not commentators. They are people building, leading, and producing right now.
- Coaches and leaders with real production and team results
- Case studies built from their own businesses
- Honest conversations about what is working and what is not

Julie Johnson
Leadership Team
Mortgage Professional
Read about Julie
Julie Johnson is a Director and Coach at The CORE Training, with more than 25 years in the mortgage industry. She joined The CORE in 2015 as a single mom of four who wanted to grow her business without sacrificing time with her family. The systems she learned helped her build a high-performing team and a clearer path forward. As a producing loan officer, Julie went from working without structure to consistently funding over $100 million in volume for eight consecutive years, including a peak year serving 551 clients and closing $325 million—largely with an all-woman team she has mentored and developed.
At The CORE, Julie coaches top-producing loan officers in small, focused groups, helping them generate more leads, convert at higher rates, and build dynamic, scalable teams. She collaborates monthly with the Board of Directors to elevate The CORE's client service and plays an active role in The CORE Locker Room, shaping content that helps lenders and real estate professionals grow their production and reach the next level in their business.
The work matters deeply to her because she believes in raising the standard of the mortgage and real estate industry and in teaching professionals to make, save, and give at a higher level. Julie has a special heart for single moms who are trying to build careers and families at the same time, and she is driven to give back what she received through The CORE.
Based in Seattle, she is a proud mom of four who loves lifting weights, traveling, and spending time with friends and family—living a life she credits, in part, to the structure and opportunity The CORE helped her create.

Greg Gale is a Senior Coach at The CORE Training and a top-producing mortgage professional with 17 years of industry experience. He joined The CORE as a student in 2010 and became a coach in 2014, attracted to its team-based service, relational approach, and structured playbook that reflected the standards of his late mentor.

He is passionate about helping loan officers and agents utilize structure, accountability, and a team-based approach to grow both income and long-term wealth.
Greg grew up just outside Boston and has called Scottsdale, Arizona, his home since college. He and his wife are raising two active teenagers, Kai and Tatum, and share their home with three dogs. When he’s not coaching or originating, you’ll often find him at the gym with his son or supporting his daughter’s activities in cheer, theater, and jiu-jitsu.
AN EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER
The Summit is intentionally small so the room can stay honest, focused, and practical. Over three days, you’ll work through structured sessions, roundtables, and dedicated working blocks designed to move your business forward. This is not passive listening—it’s a mix of small-group and full-room collaboration with real opportunities to ask direct questions, get honest answers, and make meaningful progress. Space is intentionally capped to keep the room sharp, engaged, and high value for everyone attending.
"I was introduced to The CORE by one of my favorite lenders. I will be forever grateful to her and The CORE. This organization helps teach the systems we need to stay on track and follow where our business is coming from. In one year, my business has almost doubled! The things I have learned have helped with both my personal and professional life. I love that The CORE looks at everything! If you are on the fence, do it! You will not be sorry!"
