  • Membership and account information: if you access our Members Portal, information is processed through our portal platform to manage your account and coaching access.
  • Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected through cookies, analytics tools, and tracking pixels (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics).


How We Use Your Information


We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule Strategy Calls or consultations
  • Provide access to Locker Room membership content (via Skool) and coaching services
  • Register and manage webinar and event attendance
  • Manage your account through our Members Portal

The CORE provides coaching, training, accountability programs, and related products for mortgage and real estate professionals. Services include but are not limited to Locker Room membership (hosted via Skool), coaching, live sessions, our Members Portal, The CORE Store, and educational content.


No Guarantee of Results
Coaching and educational content are provided for informational and professional development purposes. The CORE does not guarantee specific business results, income, or performance outcomes, as these depend on individual effort and circumstances.


Testimonials and Results Disclaimer
Testimonials, case studies, and examples of client results shared on our website, in our marketing materials, or by our coaches represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee or prediction of the results you will achieve. Every professional's results depend on a wide range of factors, including effort, experience, market conditions, and individual circumstances, many of which are outside of our control. Testimonials are provided voluntarily and are not paid for unless otherwise disclosed. Payment and Membership Terms

  • Membership and coaching fees are billed according to the plan selected at sign-up, and may be processed through Skool or other designated payment platforms.
  • Store purchases are processed through Shopify and subject to Shopify's applicable terms.
  • Cancellation and refund terms vary by product and membership type and are provided in writing at the time of purchase or in your program's enrollment agreement. Unless a specific refund policy is provided in writing for a particular product or program, all sales are final.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or membership terms with reasonable notice.
