Phoenix Is Next: What to Expect at The CORE Summit

Three days. One room. And a chance to get far enough away from the daily production cycle to make decisions about where your business goes next.

The next CORE Summit takes place November 11–13 in Phoenix, Arizona. For serious mortgage and real estate professionals, it is not designed to be another conference where you sit through presentations, collect a notebook full of ideas, and go home without changing anything.

The Summit is a working event. The point is to step out of the day-to-day business long enough to work on the systems, team, numbers, and decisions that will shape the next six to twelve months.

Not Another Industry Seminar

Most experienced producers do not have an information problem. They have more podcasts, webinars, scripts, sales ideas, and business advice available to them than they could possibly use.

The harder question is what needs to change in their own business.

That is where the Summit is different. Sessions are built around execution, with structured working time, small-group and full-room collaboration, and direct access to people who are actively running high-performing mortgage and real estate businesses.

The goal is not to leave Phoenix with 50 new ideas. It is to leave knowing which decisions matter, which systems need attention, and what you are going to do differently when you get home.

Work on the Business You Actually Have

Every producer arrives with a different constraint.

One may have plenty of leads but weak conversion. Another may be producing at a high level while carrying too much of the operation personally. Someone else may have built a team but still struggle with accountability, profitability, or consistent execution.

The exact Summit agenda changes with the market, but the work centers on the issues that determine whether a business can keep growing: team structure, leadership, pipelines, relationships, lead flow, profitability, accountability, and systems that can hold up as production increases.

And the people leading those conversations are not commentators watching the industry from the sidelines. CORE coaches and Summit speakers are active mortgage and real estate professionals who are still building teams, producing, solving problems, and adapting their own businesses.

That matters. Advice gets more useful when it comes from people who understand what the work looks like right now.

The Room Is Part of the Value

There is another reason producers continue to get on planes for the Summit.

The people sitting next to you are working through many of the same decisions.

Success can become surprisingly isolating. As your production and responsibility grow, fewer people around you may understand the numbers, pressures, hiring decisions, or risks involved in running the business. Getting into a room with other serious operators changes the conversation.

You hear what other producers are doing. You discover where your own systems may be weaker than you thought. You ask questions you would not have known to ask. And sometimes one conversation changes the way you look at a problem you have been carrying for months.

That is difficult to recreate between emails on a Tuesday afternoon.

Who Is the Summit For?

The CORE Summit is built for established mortgage and real estate professionals who are serious about scaling with more structure and intention.

That includes loan officers and branch leaders building scalable teams, real estate professionals moving beyond personal production, and leaders responsible for culture, accountability, and results.

Attendance is intentionally limited, and The CORE currently identifies qualifying attendees as producers doing approximately $20 million to $100 million in annual production.

Keeping the room small is part of the model. The Summit is designed to create opportunities for direct questions, honest conversations, focused working sessions, and meaningful interaction rather than putting thousands of people into an auditorium.

Three Days Should Change What Happens Next

The Summit runs for three full days, with interactive sessions, working blocks, materials and playbooks attendees can use after the event, and meals included throughout the program.

But the measure of a Summit is not what happens while you are in Phoenix.

It is what changes when you get home.

Does the team operate differently? Does the calendar change? Does prospecting become more disciplined? Do you finally address the hire you have been avoiding, the expense you have not questioned, the conversion problem you have tolerated, or the process everyone knows is broken?

A good event gives you ideas.

A working event should create decisions.

The next CORE Summit is November 11–13 in Phoenix. Space is limited, and previous Summits have sold out. If you think this may be the room you need to be in, talk with a CORE coach about whether you qualify and save your seat.
