Austin Lampson

Austin Lampson of Homeowners Financial Group in Santa Barbara, California, started in the mortgage industry in 2002 as an assistant to a Top Producer. She quickly moved into Operations just before the 2007 crash and came out the other side as an Assistant Vice President of Operations for Bank of America – managing a Compliance, Processing, Underwriting & Closing Team before deciding to take the leap to loan originating in 2012. Since then, Austin has risen rapidly through the ranks to become a top producer for HFG, and has been ranked by the Scotsman Guide of the Top 1% & 200 Mortgage Originators since 2013. W the help of an incredible team, helps more than 200 families each year. She has been a CORE member since 2013. Being able to help people grow to their potential in all areas of their life is one the greatest pleasures that Austin gets to enjoy through her career. When she is not helping clients & partners, she is at home with her husband Kai, either gardening, fishing, hiking or practicing yoga. Her passion is to help others achieve their goals.
