Twice per year The CORE Training staff, students, coaches and potential CORE students gather in fabulous locations to get serious and work on our businesses at our three day Real Estate training seminar and mortgage sales seminar. The event begins on a Wednesday and starts with a welcome reception.


The Summit’s main coaching programs, classes/seminars, meals and entertainment are always all day Thursday and Friday of Summit week. Cancellation Policy

All monies rendered for the event are NON-REFUNDABLE. A one-time transfer to the next Semi-Annual Summit may be requested and must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. A $200 administrative fee will be assessed on all transfer requests. Please note that we reserve the right to make any price adjustments to our Semi-Annual Summit registration without prior notification. You will be responsible for any unpaid balances owed. All unpaid balances are due no less than 30 days prior to the start of the event. Cancellation or transfer requests received within 30 days of the start of the event will not be honored and all monies will be forfeited.
